Hello, I am a placement student at a skate company with a Solid Works issue.

I have produced a skate helmet model however after after checking with the factory they have asked to thicken the outer helmet dimensions by 5mm offset and maintain the inner helmet dimensions.  I was wondering how to do this quickly as I have very limited time ?

A possible method I found of fixing this issue is ---

I have rolled back the model to when I had not put any holes into the helmet. I found you can offset the outer surface by 5mm to achieve a new surface. However when lofting to filling in the gap between the original outer surface and the new 5mm surface, I have small gaps between each of the surfaces.
