Why should he remove it? He looks like a Texan with it on.
In my workplace and even in school when they say you are a really good person and if they are wearing hat they remove there hat and after a few second they will return to there heads again

No - Here in the US we should tip out hat in respect to Deepak Gupta - It may be different in other places...
well in my workplace and other people that are really good in what they are doing, if i talked to them they many of them removes there hat
