I have a serious problem while meshing sheet metal for analysis.

this is my sheet metal with 8 holes :

when i try to mesh it, i got this weird result (the sheet metal disappeard and a very small part of it still visible)

Even if i try to run the study i got this error message :

i'll be very thankful if someone explain what is going on what i'm i missing here.
