No 12 nut is in the BOM table but hiding behind the part. How to show this in the drawing?
If you can't attach a balloon directly to the part, you could use "Stacked Balloon" to attach it to another balloon.
(I like to do this with bolt/washer/lock washer/nut combinations to call out everything with a single leader.)

Nut (#12) is belongs to Moving Pin (#8) therefore I made stacked balloon for both of these.
I tried with exclude items and include items in BOM table. After that item number increment order has been lost. How get the order back?
I hate to admit it, but if a Ctrl+Q doesn't rebuild the BOM, I usually delete the BOM and re-insert it.
(Not "pretty", but it usually works.)

If you want to show all the parts do not use an isometric view, use multiple views. I you only want to use an isometric view use exploded view to show all the items in the assembly.
