I get [HTTP ERROR 500] when I try to login my account in MySolidWorks to access the training videos. Deleted the caches and cookies but it still does not work. What should I try next?
Alvin, try another web browser- this will isolate whether it is an account issue or browser issue. Do you have a reseller? they can escalate this to SolidWorks if you have general account issues.
I'm having something similar occurring. If it's not the ERROR 500, it is most often:

My main OS is Linux, tried different browsers with same result. Tried also on a Win7 desktop using FireFox, same result. Would be nice to resolve this, lots of info on the site, but can't access the material. I'm only able to see what content is available. I've taken a progression of screen shots which are below:
