If the hinge is modeled symmetrically (which it appears you have) you can create one half of the hinge and simply use that half as the other portion to create the hinge ... Two plates (hinge sides) and one pin ...
The holes aren't on the hinge itself. They're applied the the main body of the mailbox so the holes on the body and the hinge will be aligned. They just go through and penetrate the hinge.
I though about opening the door and just using a mirror feature, but the holes on the door would be upside down.
Gotcha, I was thinking you meant the hinges.
You can edit the "door" in the assembly and cut them directly from the hinge location. Simply right click the door within your assembly, select "edit part" and the rest should explain itself.
