Sweep Cut operation failed. What is the reason?
The top line in Sketch10 is tangent to Cut-Extrude3. Move Cut-Extrude3 after the thread sweep cut (or suppress it) and the sweep cut work fine. Or, make the circle in Sketch7 a bigger diameter.
Well, somewhat bizarrely, I get an error message when I try to log in with anything but Safari on my 10 year old Mac Mini. So I can't easily post a file or picture to show you just now.
But, after downloading your file on the PC to have a look, what you are running into is the cut interfering with itself, common problem. Change the helix dia. to the I.D. of your cut and move the profile sketch pierce point to suit. I tried it and it worked fine for me.
By considering your solution I made the sketch10 independent of the part. That means I moved Plane1 little bit away from the part, it worked.
In the video plane is created on the part but it is working I do not know how.

I can't login on my PC at home with Win 10 & Firefox but can on my work PC with Win 10 & Firefox. Currently logged in at home using Microsoft Edge.
I get the error:
An error occurred while attempting authentication through single sign-on (SSO)
& then a page full of debugging info.
I got that myself the other day Kevin, there's been a few sporadic login issues lately!
I have been having the issue for abut a week on my home PC, logged in using Edge yesterday & today I could login using Firefox as normal. Not sure if logging in with Edge triggered something or it's just a coincidence.
There was a maintenance schedule for last Monday, so may be some of the things are getting fixed.
