You sure can but since I have never done it and do not what custom properties you will want to display or how you plan to display two title blocks I cannot guarantee you will not have some issues you will need to tweak.
If both are same except for dimensions, then I would add only one view and add a table for adding the description/dimension details of both.
But otherwise I would agree with Solid Air that putting them on same sheet would be more confusing specially with title blocks details.
As per above comments you can surely put two different parts in one drawings. But I would suggest that use only one title block for both the parts as dimensions of both the parts are same as per your question. And then add one vertical centre line in the drawing sheet to part them apart. So manufacturer can easily understand that these are two parts, separated with centre line and common details are same as per the title blocks. Moreover, properties like quantity, material, raw material size you can mention via notes for both parts, if there are any changes.
