The sketch is on the bottom and extruded up through the body part of the assembly. How do I make a counterbore on the top? I can't get the hole wizard to work.
You should either edit your cut extrude 2 in the assembly & select propagate to part, then you can open the part & add a counterbore at the part level by using sketch geometry but you won't get any hole callout in drawings.
Or delete the cut extrude 2 feature, right click on the body part & select edit. Then you can use the hole wizard to place holes on the inner flat face. Before exiting the hole wizard use concentric restraints to locate the hole points to your hinge holes.
Although looking at the size of your holes & thickness of material, it doesn't look like you'll get much of a counterbore for a screw/bolt...unless it's for a custom item.
I see you are using the educational version. Is this a school assignment?
Is this what you are trying to do?
