I have no idea what's happening, but I cannot login via Chrome, and I get moved to a Jive website.
Any ideas on WTF is going on? It's not clear by any aspects, and there appears to be very little actual 'contact' links...
I was getting same error, so closed Chrome, cleared cache and all is good now.
So, no official news. Just 'give it a whirl and see what happens'.
Clearing the cache worked.
Apparently there was a scheduled maintenance operation on the Forum..
That was the message I saw posted on the Jive site last night - and it said try again in a few minutes (but only refreshed - didn't restart) - I tried about 10 minutes later and same message. I had other things to do then so have not tried since on home computer.
Should be OK since it is working for everyone today.
I had the same problem with IE Explorer. I closed it and re-opened and was able to log in okay.
I cleared my Chrome cache and still got the error. I am only able to log in after several failed attempts.
I find that if I hit the ENTER key on the keyboard sign-in always fails.
After the third try with clicking the sign-in button on the webpage sign-in succeeds.
...tried for an hour with IE... reboot and then it worked...
I had a message from Richard Doyle saying to delete the cookies and that worked. I'm not hungry anymore either.
I cleared all the browsing data, which covers the cache and cookies, until the beginning of time. Still got the error. I just hope it will not happen tomorrow.
