I have been trying to custom make a form tool to punch out a delta winglet out of a sheet metal. It is easy punching a rectangular shape but i am finding it difficult to model a die to punch out triangular shape like a delta winglet. Attach is the picture of what i want. Any suggestion and feedback would be highly appreciated.

Thanks a lot Mr Steve. Yes i think its very important for SW to include other generic shapes in the form tool.

You can do lots with the current form tool and it's better than it used to be but I don't think it will make a flanged opening like you're after. I'm guessing that SW will enhance the Edge Flange to include inside face flanges one day. I know I'd like to see it.

I don't think SW would allow for that but it is one of the things they need to work on, IMHO. I think you'll just need to make a cut in the flat and then do a regular bend.
