Hi All, Is it possible to create a form tool to create this coining style feature? All the form tools I have created deform the backside of the material, I can not seem to get one to do this.
We use this pretty regularly and it would save a lot of time,, as we draw it out each time
It does not distort the backside of the material [see image]

I'd say yes but if nothing else, you should at least be able to make a library feature.

Not with forming tool (I might be wrong) but yes and easily with library feature.
Pretty sure a forming tool will require the thickness to remain the same and outside rads to = inside rad + thickness. So would definitely go library feature.

I have attached a small part file with the features on it.
Do not create a sheet metal for it but use simple extrude for the base. And make sure you do not constrain it to base.
