Like Todd mentioned you can reverse your bends. If this part was done using the sheet metal features in SW. when you made the edge flanges, you can go back into the Edge Flange and "Edit Feature". You can reverse the direction of the flanges by a simple mouse click. It should mess with the location of the holes in the face plate. Under Flange Length, its the button with the 2 arrows, it determines the direction of the flanges.
Hello Harry,
When i need same sketch i mostly use blocks. its easy.
Open new sketch, any face (must be parallel) and than select your cut extrude sketch, and click the "Convert Entities".
and then make a block. Select your all sketch or which ones you want,
Save sketch as block. Now you can delete your cut extrude, and sketch.
You can open new skecth which face you want.
And insert block,
İf you need there is a option insert block menu block rotation. Thats it, hope its helpfull.
I don't believe you can just pick the opposite face for the sketch plane. That won't reverse the holes, just means you will need to change the direction of cut & the part will just look the same? I think you need to pick the opposite face when you shell & then pick the opposite face for the sketch plane for the holes.
It might be easier to reverse your bends, otherwise you can always change the sketch plane for the holes.
