Told I have signed a privacy statement and told to log out of browser and come back in a few minutes? How many minutes is a few ?minutes 15 minutes? still waiting.
I think they may be having a problem with a server or something. Although I can access the home page, I am unable to login.
It happened to me 2 or 3 days ago and I got this..........

I can confirm that I am able to log in at this time.
Could you try to clear the cache of you browser or try to use another browser just in case to clear the issue.
It is now back up and running, maybe the US servers were refreshed (I am in the UK)- the online trial couldn't be accessed earlier but much more responsive now.
