My task is to create a SolidWorks model that shows four (4) cameras at certain pitch and roll angles with the horizontal for visual purposes only. The cameras scan for defect and as you can see in the model, if the test material has a defect on one of its sides, the top left or top right camera won't be able to pick it up. This is the blind zone.
I created the model using boss extrudes and some text. Is there a different way of modeling my project? I am also confused about roll angles of the cameras. How would I model that? It needs to be in SolidWorks, which later will be exported as 3D pdf. Any meaningful advice is appreciated.
