Hi, I'm trying to make a "tweezer" looking thing, and it needs a twist around the bottom, I read some posts and found that "lofted bend" is the way to make a twisting feature along a sheet metal part. However when I do this my model breaks:

Is there a way to avoid this or do I just ignore it. . .?

Additionally, if anyone has any sheet metal experience, is this an easy-to-do feature? is it accurate? like can I expect +/- .010" on where the twist will finish (the bend after the twist needs to align with something else).
