After upgrading from 2016 SP4 to 2017 SP2 users are not able to render using photoview 360. I read other fourms that stated to upgrade to the newest service pack and bonjour was causing the issue. I tired updating to the newest release of 2017 SP3, but did not have any luck and I checked and made sure Bonjour was installed and the service was running. The majority of our systems are Windows 7 x64 and a hand few of Win 10.
Josh,
When you say you are unable to use PhotoView, do you get the preview window starting then just disappearing?
I have fixed this in the past by running SOLIDWORKS as Administrator
I can't give you a reason why, something to do with a conflict with background processes. I have also fixed this by doing a fresh install of Windows
I have also found that I could do a "Repair" on Bonjour, then open SOLIDWORKS and run the render (not an ideal thing)
The latest version of Bonjour is sometime not the best! Do you have iTunes installed? It also installs and uses Bonjour.
