Solid Works　freezes when starting

Solid Works2017 freezes when starting.

It causes for loading Utilities.

So, after add-in check of Utilities was off, loading Utilties did not stop.

Is it anything remains in the sysytem?

No one else has this question

  No pop up window.
  Sometimes SW starts with no problem through loading Utillities action.
  However, add-in check of Utilities is off...
