I have stp files that I have to recreate the exact geometries in SolidWorks, but set specific sheet metal characteristics like k-factor and bend radius. Right now I am importing the stp file and running the diagnostics and feature recognition, which gives me the geometry of the part as a SW file, but it is not a sheet metal part. Is there a way to convert this part to a sheet metal part and set the parameters?
