NPT 1/4 internal thread

Hello, my friend and I are attempting to model a manifold and it specifies a threading on two holes. We're unsure on how to go about it. We both attempted the hole wizard and thread feature but to no avail. The internal thread is based off of the attached print with H = 1/4 and A= 1/8. We've referenced the machinist handbook and other threads/websites but can't seem to accomplish this task.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Edit:: I selected the correct answer for the option I used but there was a way to model, directly, the threads I was looking for, offered by Vladimir Urazhdin below.

Another resource for making threads would be to take a look at McMaster-Carr they have 2D prints and 3D models of nearly all their parts. I was able to find my specific part and see how they approached the model. Below you'll find the finished part I made.
