Hi,
I am trying to use the Routing (electrical) add-on to make a few cable drawings for me, and am coming across a problem where the pinout table is blank on the drawing. (see image).
I have a single C-point, and it seems to get the pinout right of the connector here, nothing I do can make it right in the model side. I've already tried following their instructions in the help with 1,2,3,4... and 1","2","3","4","... and 1, 2, 3, 4, and "1","2","3","4", but none of those seem to help.
From the help:
(For electrical only.) Sets the connector pin numbers. If connector is multi-pin and has multiple CPoints for each pin number, this option sets corresponding pin number. If connector is multi-pin connector but has only one CPoint, this option sets all the pin numbers separated by double quotes (“,”), for example 1,2,3,4.
I assume there is something that I am doing wrong, because I found no one else asking the question, any pointers?
Not an answer, but a workaround: in the wire list/circuit summary, you can add the from pin and the to pin as columns, which should be enough for a cable manufacturer, it's just not as explicit as I'd like. In that case, you'll want the cpoint description blank.
