Got this window that pops up everytime I try to open DraftSight. It is activated and runs on Win 10 64bit.

The window says that ( DraftSight is unable to send a crash report ), asks that I save the report and send to

Performance @DraftSight.com. I have done that three times and got no replies or action. This window is

preventing DraftSight from opening what are my options for this issue? HELP
