I am in the design process.... I am looking for some help. First issue is I have been asked to design the part with with 30 hits. The next issue is one side hits the same point for each of the 30 hits. I am looking for something that I could adjust the degree for every bend with one entry. I hope that this makes sense to you, if not please slap me and I will try to explain again.

Yes I am reverse engineering this part.... its a little more complicated than that. We are replacing an existing part and trying to upgrade and put our spin on it at the same time. Bigger, better, stronger...
The you need to use the Sketch Bend Feature in SW, however you need to make your bend radius tiny, plus add a bend relief cut at the point where the 30 lines meet..

If I had to model this part I would do it with a sweep, it would be smooth. I imagine the customer is aware they will receive a bumped part so it will have multiple 'marks'. I imagine this will be fun with the thickness. I cannot tell what the bends would actually be but I can estimate the end radius (where the lines terminate at width) is approximately 24" so I have an idea or the scale of the part.
I assume this part would be laser cut so I would add a tab to the 'small' end to bump against a fixed stop. Then I would use multiple back stops set, hopefully CNC to accommodate the distance between the bumps. I imagine they would be set by trial and error. I also assume the press will be angled, I'm not aware of too many hydraulic press brakes (Amada for instance) that does that but on most mechanicals it's a simple matter of picking up the 'loose' side of the ram, virtually all of the mechanicals I worked adjusted on the right. That goes for Chicago's and Diacro's.
Hopefully you can get an idea of the fixed 'stop' I have fashioned on the right side. The operator would be required to keep the part to the right and set into the corner against the fixed stop.
I believe this may not end up looking so good as I'm sure there will be a 'belly' to the form.
Yes the part will be laser cut, all CNC shop. Yes the press has the ability to angle the ram or I have used paper shims back in the day. I like the tab idea but if I understand it correctly it would have to be offset depending the thickness of the the die. Do I understand that correctly? The customer is aware of the bend lines "marks" showing and actually has requested them. The scale of the part is about 25" x 63" with the large radius being about 8". The bend will only be about 4deg total so I don't think the belly problem will be an issue.
I have been trying to get sketched Bend to work for me, unsuccessfully.

The sketch bend will work, however you need to make the bend radius really tiny, like .010 or something, plus you may need to make a large bend relief cut right where the points come together.... It'll go but not like if you could design the pc and then add the sheet metal using the Loft Bend feature..
I have used lofted-Bend to make transitions (Square to rounds and the like) but never anything like this. Can anyone please enlighten me as how I would go about this.

Tim, I'm thinking a small angle piece that could be clamped to the bottom die. This would overhang to the die centerline approximately and be your 'pivot'.
Got it... just like the old days vice grip a piece to the dies.
I happened to have 2017 running so I did this using that. It is at best a guesstimate.
Do you have to Reverse Engineer this part?
Yes you can add a different value per bend, but you will have to edit every dimension..
