Error when accessing tutorials

When I try and use any of the tutorials in SW 2016 - 2017 I get the script error shown in the attached image. Searching the knowledge base all I have found is people saying it is a problem with your default browser not being internet explorer.

 

This is not an option for us, through group policy all users are set as google chrome for their default browser for compatibility for other things they use. I was surprised to see there is no way to log a support call with solidworks? Can someone help? This is a major problem.
