We just got our new serial number for SolidWorks EDU 2017-2018. How do I add that serial number to my account so I can correctly access Customer Portal for downloads?
There's close to nothing you can change in the customer portal yourself. I had to email support because I quit my job and couldn't even remove myself from the company's account.
It is my belief that you will need to contact your VAR (the person you purchased SW from) for this.
