What's wrong with the fillets? I noticed the tutorial has 3 and I only had 2, but I don't know what I did wrong.
Edit each fillet feature and examine the size.
To be successful in this field you must develop an enhanced eye for geometric details.
The issue is not that you have 3 fillet features - but that one of your Fillet features sizes do not match the explicit instructions.
I see that fillet 1 needs to be 10, not 5.
Changing it to 10 gives me an error so I must have done something else wrong.
Error Fillet1 Failed to create fillet. Please check the input geometry and radius values or try using the "Face fillet" option.

I have just quickly run through the build of your model, and the tutorial in SolidWorks.
The file that I created after the tutorial has an extra fillet in it.

It shows only one fillet until that page and suddenly there's a fillet 2. I don't know where I'm supposed to make fillet 2.

In that case I recommend that you start from scratch and follow the Tutorial instructions explicitly.
The second time through you should see your error.
Sometimes we cannot see the trees for the forest - trying to find your original error can be harder than simply starting over.
I'll try that.

The fillets are not correct, rest all seems to be OK.
