I would like to produce a fillet weld between the two circular channels of the two adjacent spheres however, I do not know how to do this or whether this is the correct method to do such.

Thanks for the response Kevin. Unfortunately this doesn't seem to yield the result I require. Secondly, the adjacent sphere centers must be equispaced which means they cannot be joined at contact / intersect. Using the lofted boss/base tool I have managed to connect them, however, it has solidified the channels - see below (cross section). Is there anything else you recommend? I am very much interested in retaining the curve profile of the spheres with the joining channel
Thanks,

Rhoss,
You could use the Weld Bead command from the Weldments tab or you can make sure all the spheres are in contact or intersect, combine them into one solid body & then use the fillet tool.
