On a multi sheet drawing, can the position of dual
dimensions be changed by sheet, type, or group.

I have a two sheet drawing. Sheet one is weld, two is
machine. On sheet one I want dual under and on sheet two dual to right for
ordinate.

I can only find settings for by document.
