Disabling fast start (sldwrks_fs.exe) on windows 10

I do most of my work on a laptop with a crappy 5400rpm hard drive, so any read/write access tends to slow down everything. I would like to try to disable the fast start system (that runs when I boot up my computer). I am willing to trade off the longer SolidWorks load time to do this.

BUT, all the guides that I see say to use Start > All Programs > Startup.  But I am running Windows 10, and I cannot see a startup folder in my programs list. How do I disable it in Windows 10?

Clarified a detail.
