power semiconductor connect in circuit with screw or terminal usually.
my question is how to draw & use the symbol , is there any connection point & circuit, because wires is not connect directly to semiconductor but with screw & terminal
as shown in SKKT92 thyristor sample attached file.
i confuse seriously please help me anyone

Thanks for your answer I will test it .
the gates are connected via terminal but the power terminals like cathode , anode & common are connected via bus bar and with screw and there are no connection points what should I do.

I think..bus bar can be shown in the form of multiple wires. The style of these wires can be defined through wire style manager.

bus bar is not problem it can define as a part .
the problem is semiconductor that has no connection point how should be drawn in schematic.

Will you try this?-
You can keep the symbol for semiconductor in line diagram only. In schematic diagram, you can add symbol for terminal to which wires are getting connected. Should it be ok if semiconductor symbol is not present in schematic diagram? As it is, wires are not getting connected to it and still then the component will be present in the component tree so that your BOM will not get affected.

Hi Er,
All you need to do is- Draw two symbols in line diagram. First symbol is for semiconductor and the second one is for terminal. However the electrical wire/cable needs to be attached to the terminal symbol only.
By doing this, you will be able to insert two separate models in 3D assembly for semiconductor and terminal. While routing the wire in 3D, it will get automatically routed to the terminal.
