That issue started with SW2015. There are a couple of things to try. First, if you have quotation marks in your Description it will cause that error. If that's the case for you, edit your .sldlfp files to remove it (you can replace it with two apostrophes, which looks the same), and then edit the features, selecting a different profile, and then selecting back to the original to reload the new files with the edited properties.
If that doesn't work, go to Tools > Options > Document Properties > Weldments and de-select "Rename cut list folders with Description property value". Sometimes that works.
I do have the quotes so I will try that. It does work until I close the drawing and reopen it now.
Don't know if this helps any, I always find this stuff well confusing
Do you have a spelling mistake there TICKNESS (or is that deliberate)?
Also the syntax seems different to mine. Your Sketch1 is after the configuration Default<As Welded>
Here is my custom weldment profile.
It goes dimension name@ sketch name @ configuration name @ part name
and how it is in the cutlist
Yeah the thickness spelling was a typo. Its wrong in both though. I'll look through the rest and see what else is different between yours and mine if the quotes thing doesn't fix it.
I went into my weldment profile and click something that said update all profiles. It took a while to run, but after it was done I never got the strange text in the weldment cut list again.
