Yep, SWX doesn't like zero values for dimensions. Can you live with something extremely small, like .000001? If not, you might have to have logic to use Suppress for that feature.
Thanks Dennis, it's alright I have 2 work-a-rounds,, reverse the extrude direction and offset the extrude depth
or (an extra feature) offset a plane and extrude from surface
SW doesn't grumble about either.
It can handle zero offsets so I don't know why it can't handle a zero value for a dimension. . . . . Except offsetting a plane or a surface is one thing, a zero value for a dimension could degenerate the sketch and be unsolvable, like a circle with a diameter of zero is no longer a circle, but a point. Glad you have easy work-arounds.

The model rebuilds correctly, just shows an error.
SW doesn't object to the zero dimension, zero is fine in both examples. It's the equation algorithms, thats acting up
