Hi Team,

After upgrading to 2017 PDM, couple of users are receiving an error message saying Error Loading Add-ins: Message from Database: The Archive server connection socket could not receive data. This is happening while we get a file information (Get latest, data card, Search card...) from archive server.

User system has Windows 8 on it. Any one has came across and found solution for this issue? Please help me.
