I would like to keep the viewer from rotating or moving the component in one particular view. I'm almost positive I watched a YouTube video that showed how to set the options in a view to do that - but now I cannot find that option!
Any suggestions?

Found it! I was trying to find the option while the component was selected. Instead you go to your view and without selecting you can choose what events you want to Lock in that view under Properties.
Ex: Lock rotation ----- check Enable
Yes ist correct.
Those properties belong to the Background/View.
If you click anywhere in the view/Background, outside all geometry or other actors, you will be able to Change those properties.
