I'm a beginner of Surface modeling and trying to model a splay bottle with hand grips as a training, but I cannot model it properly...

Is there anybody who can advice me how to model it?

Especially the hand grips part is so much difficult for me.

I tried to use "Freeform" command but I cannot get sufficient result.

Any hints or tips will be appreciated.
