I'm finishing up a bend fixture for a wire connector and on the drawing I want to show the wire but not have it listed on the BOM.

I manually created balloons on the items I want, then created a BOM. The wire connector shows on the BOM and when I delete the row I can't find a way to renumber the remaining items. Right now it skips Item 2 (the wire connector). How can I renumber them? I tried the sort function, and it has a check box for renumber items, but it does nothing.

How can I sort this table? Thanks  in advance.
