We are in a project to update our SW2012 to SW2016 and our business is complaining about the 2016 startup time.

I have notice that it is taking a long time to Initializing the VBA engine and the Design Checker add in even when we have not selected this add in to be loaded.

Any ideas how can we open SW2016 faster? have you experience this behavior?

Here are some test on my computer. This test was made by clearing the Registry, without any add-in loaded and without any customization
