DriveWorks should only create a DWG of a drawing file if instructed to.
Can you double check you haven't captured a DWG and a DXF in your additional file formats on the part/assembly/drawing that the DWG is of?
Can you also check that you don't have one of your drawing sheets with the name DWG. If you name a sheet DWG then DriveWorks will create a DWG of that sheet/drawing.
Is the DWG that gets created of a drawing, or is it from a part/assembly directly?
Let us know how you get on.
Thank you for providing feedback. The DXF is created from the DWG which is created from a part. The reason being, is that I require a multi-view DXF with section views which I have only been able to do by first making a drawing for the DXF to pull from. Please let me know if this helps clarify.
Zach I do not have access to Solo now but if you mean deleting SOLIDWORKS drawing then it can be accomplished via macro in DWX Professional version only. So you might have to delete the SOLIDWORKS drawing manually or can create a macro in SOLIDWORKS itself to delete all drawing files in specified location.
Deepak is correct, you can delete the drawing file after generation using DriveWorks Pro but with Solo you will need to run a macro outside of your DriveWorks work flow that deletes the generated drawings. DriveWorks Solo cannot trigger a macro automatically for you like DriveWorks Pro can.
