I want to render a model I've made, but I cannot find the rendering tools I've seen people use in various videos (using the same edition (2016-2017) as I have).
I assume he means SWK (Solidworks) LOL.
But what you are looking for Tristan is the Visualize tool:
There is a version that comes with Solidworks (not sure if it comes with the student edition or not) called Photview 360. It is part of your add-ins.
Bu Visualize (Solidworks add in) is the big one that you pay extra for.

Sorry, I mean that the student edition of solidworks has two versions (I think) -- Student Design Kit (SDK) and Student Engineering Kit (SEK). I know I got the SEK cause I had to input an SEK-ID to download solidworks student edition. SEK is supposed to have all the features of the commercial version, but I can't find any rendering tools.. Must be missing something!
How you got SEK-ID?
Your instructor should give you the number?
Or did you purchase the student license?
