Solidworks Task Add-In printing all layers. Can I suppress a layer?

Question asked by Robert Pickeral on Jun 15, 2017

2016 SP4 Solidworks Products I've setup a PC to act as a server to create PDFs when the drawing moved thru the workflow.
A couple of questions: The print task works, but only when I'm logged into the vault on the PC running the task.

1) Is there a way I can config the task to execute regardless of me being logged into the PC? I tried the default setting (current user) but it seemed to not work. Anyone have more experience wuth this setting or solution?

2) We use a "No Plot" layer on our drawings but we do not want that layer to be part of the PDF (or when printing to a printer). Even though the "No Plot" layer is set to not print in Solidworks, it's "printing" when the PDF is created via the Task. Can this be resolved? I'm clueless :-| Much thanks.
