I recently experienced that my Solid Works 17 SP3 is unusable when I try to work on a part. It appears normal when I open part or assembly files in terms of rotation and zoom. When I open a sketch on a face of a part, it just about stops working. It takes 3 seconds to do a command.

I checked the graphics card (Inter"R"HD graphics 4000) and checked for updates. I looked at the memory and still have 11.4GB available.I uninstalled the older versions of Solid Works that I had in the system. I'm going nuts! I need to take my CSWA test and there is no way to use this program. Any ideas?
