I am trying to use tolanalyst to do tolerance stack up, but I found it is really painful since the way tolanalyst works isn't the way we want it to do. Wonder anybody understands what is rule for it.

There are some tutorials available in Help, SOLIDWORKS Tutorials. Click on the Design Evaluation button to access the DimXpert and TolAnalyst tutorials. I hope this helps!

You can check the contents on SolidProfessor.com as they do have a SOLIDWORKS DimXpert and TolAnalyst course. You can enroll for free/basic membership of SolidProfessor and can explore the first 5 topics before going ahead with full membership.
