Moderators - if possible, please move this to the Install and Administration forum.

Hello,

I am having an issue with network accounts with non-administrative rights opening Solidworks and any of the sub applications on a Windows machine. I can open the application with a local administrator and network accounts with la permissions, but not users. Here is the error message (which has been reported multiple times):
==================

Error Signature----
AppName: Sldworks.exe AppVer: 16.5.0.76 ModName: ntdll.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.5512 Offset:0000100b

Event Viewer:

Faulting application Sldworks.exe, version 16.5.0.76, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.1.2600.5512, fault address 0x0000100b

==================
I've tried giving full control permissions to c:\program files\Solidworks\ and c:\program files\common files\solidworks share\ folders, subfolders and files but it changed nothing.

If anyone has any information to lead me in the right direction, I would really appreciate the help!!
