Am I missing something? did SolidWorks change the process of making service requests?

I have a few things I want to mention but no longer see how to do it in the customer porthole. I can see the ones I have added in the past... but for the life of me can't find out how to add new ones.

Here are the things I have.

1. In drawings you cannot use the custom property "SW PARTNUMBER" in a link annotation but it does work in a BOM

2. the option to show an assembly in exploded state is grayed out for broken out section views but it you show the assembly in an exploded state before creating the broken out section view it works fine.
