I have had much success setting up my title blocks in the past but I have an alignment issue that I can not fix.  All my title block info is pulled automatically from the custom properties I setup in the part/assembly file.  My issue is that the text is always misaligned.  If I double click on the text box to edit the text, it snaps into the proper position without me changing anything.  If I export to .PDF before I go around and double click all the text boxes, then the text ends up in the wrong place in the PDF file.

I hate having to go around each drawing and double clicking all the textboxes.
