I inspected your file but only the beam study was setup with fixtures/loads. The second study was empty. I went ahead and added fixtures/loads/contacts to the second, solid element, study and ran it. The results from the solid element study appear to be in agreement with the results from the beam study within 2%.
Beam Element Displacement:
Solid Element Displacement:
I have attached the modified file with the new solid element setup here.

Thanks for your help. Very useful answer, I have ran the model you upload. The the two FEA models' results are small.
When I just modify the parameters of this truss, and run them again. They give the different displacement again.
So I want to know that
1) what should I notice when run these two FEA models in order to obtain the accurate results?
2) When I use more fine mesh on the solid elements, the displacements will be larger.
Generally, it will be more accurate with finer mesh in solid elements FEA model. And the displacement will basically remain at a value even if we give a finer mesh.
The final result with a finer mesh on the solid elements model will be more different with the beam unit model.
Note: The same model you uploaded. I modify the mesh parameter on the solid elements FEA model.
