Dimension precision issue in solidworks drawing

I am facing an issue dimension precision in Solidworks drawing. This issue is only with dimensions that are added in Solidworks (majority of it on angle/Chamfer/fillet dimensions). I am using Solidworks 2016 x64, SP 4.0

Issue #1 - Angle dimension in Solidworks drawing:
Lets say we added a 60 degree angle in Solidworks drawing with out any trailing zero after decimals. After the drawing is saved, closed and reopened, the 60 degree angle will look like 60.000.

Issue #2 - Fillet / Chamfer dimension in Solidworks drawing:
In this case, lets say we added a fillet R.12 dimension in drawing with two decimals. Upon closing and reopening, the dimension would be R.120 with three decimals.

Does anybody else face similar issue? Is there a fix for this? Please let me know.

PS: I have observed this problem only with 2016 version. I have been using Solidworks since 2009 and this is new to me  in the 2016 version.
