In SolidWorks 2014, the XY dimensions were attached to the center of the foreshortened radius dimension, meaning the XY dimensions and the radius dimension are all foreshortened; However, after I upgraded the software to SolidWorks 2017 and opened the same drawing that was previously saved using SolidWorks 2014, the XY dimensions are referring to the "actual" center location of the radius while the radius dimension is still in a foreshortened display format.
