Cannot update PDM client

Hi Guys,


I am trying to update PDM client but not successful after clicking the Update button.




I tried using the manual method to upgrade the SolidWorks explorer to 2014 SP5 by running the setup.exe under the swexplorer sub folder. After doing the upgrade the Build number is 0077 and I am still not able to login to the vault.


Kindly advise.
