So, I have a user that is receiving the Windows PDM Notification dialog rather then receiving an email. Others are receiving an email from the PDM system but this user is receiving a PDM Notification dialog box instead. As a result, they are not seeing the notification as with all windows notifications, it disappears after about 5-8 seconds. And unless your looking at the clock location on your screen, you'll not know you got a notification from the system.
My question is, what tells the system to send a PDM Notification vs a e-mail Notification so that I can change it?
